The Red Queen shook her head, “You may call it ‘nonsense’ if you like,” she said, “but I’ve heard nonsense, compared with which that would be as sensible as a dictionary!”
The social benefits we work towards are not incidental or additional to our main purposes, rather it is our charitable and community work that is made possible through our commercial activities.
This is not about putting a little bit of the profits into a charity box – giving is enshrined in our objectives, our structure and our method of working.
George Alexander Group works to support a multitude of projects worldwide, in particular relating to homelessness, health, children and football.
“Every activity we are involved in has a greater meaning. We help people and we’re lucky to have the opportunities to support causes and projects all over the world that contribute towards the health and betterment of our children.” Group Director, George Parolalista
George Alexander Group are pioneers of collaborative working methods and our Group structural concept has seen us nominated for business awards and described by the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), which represent over 200,000 businesses in 33 regions, as ‘new thinking’ in 2009 and in the same year we were asked to provide a management framework for the 2012 Olympics surplus construction materials and waste management.
All our income comes from selling services and solutions, rather than from grants or donations. Social Enterprises should involve an element of financial risk and we often write off huge amounts of consultant hours to help projects identify, apply for and achieve funding on a no-win-no-fee basis with a great success rate.

A Record-breaking £12,000.00 event funding achieved from grant applications on behalf of residents' association
We absorb many of the expenses required to support grassroots level projects and events to build their capacity and chances of survival in harsh economic climates. We are able to guide groups through the steps to develop their constitutions and charitable objectives and advise on the best sources of support and resources available to form and develop sustainable organisations.
